Been using these in my garden solar lamps for a month now. Holds charge through cloudy days better than the cheap ones I had before. 3.2V is spot on. Four was enough for all my lights. Solid.

Grabbed this set for my kid's toy car and a small fan. Charger is basic but works—just plug it in and the red light turns green when done, couldn't be simpler. Finally found some that work
18500s are kinda hard to find locally so I grabbed these. They charge fast, hold juice, don't get weirdly hot. Simple as that. Four is overkill for me honestly but better to have spares than be stuck. Already bought another pack for my dad. Good stuff.
